Vietnam M&A Forum is an annual event on M&A and strategic business alliance in Vietnam, which is co-organized by Vietnam Investment Review (VIR) & AVM Vietnam, with the support from Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Since 2009, M&A forums had attracted more than 100 keynote speakers and about 1,000 attendants, including leaders of governmental agencies, CEOs of international and national enterprises and managers of investment funds etc. The event, moreover, provided cooperation opportunities for Vietnam’s enterprises and foreign investors through the investment promotion programs.
Following the great success of the last three years, Vietnam M&A Forum 2012 is held on June 7th at Riverside Palace Convention Centre (360 Ben Van Don St, Dist 4, Ho Chi Minh City), with three main programs as below:
1. M&A Conference:
§ M&A activities and trends in 2011 - 2012;
§ Highlighted successful 2011 M&A deals;
§ M&A strategies and M&A-post issues.
2. Investment Promotion Expo
§ Projects & Services promotion and introduction;
§ Strategic Business Alliance.
3. “Vietnam M&A Outlook 2012”: The only special publication in Vietnam which provides readers with a wide range of M&A knowledge and legal framework for M&A activities, Vietnam M&A market’s characteristics, and M&A deals experiences. Vietnam M&A Outlook 2011 will be published in the early of June.
4. Vietnam Deal Award 2011: Deal award for best deals in Vietnam during 2011 – 2012, including Best Private equity, Best acquisition deal, Best merger and Advisor of the year.
Post-conference master class: AVM Vietnam and IMAA (Institution of M&A and alliances) will organize Advance Course on M&A Strategy.
